About SGI and this Policy
Sayagyi Group Inc. (“SGI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with our website at https://sgi-inc.net, business communications, IT and software-services enquiries, and staffing and recruitment activities. “Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, or can reasonably be linked to an individual.

SGI is located at 20130 Lakeview Center Plaza, Suite 400, Ashburn, Virginia 20147, United States. Our recruitment activities focus on opportunities in the United States, and our recruiting and sales personnel in India may access relevant records through JobDiva.

This Policy applies to website visitors, business contacts, prospective clients, candidates, and people who communicate with SGI. Separate employment notices, background-check disclosures, client agreements, or service-specific notices may also apply. Where SGI processes information solely on a client’s instructions, the client’s privacy notice and our agreement with that client may govern that processing.

Information We Collect

Website and business enquiries. When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, company name, nature of business, message, telephone number if provided, job title, service requirements, and related correspondence.

Recruitment information. We may collect resumes, professional profiles, contact details, qualifications, skills, employment history, salary expectations, interview notes, and client feedback. Depending on the role and stage of recruitment, we may also collect work-authorization details, identity documents, background-check information, or security-clearance information, subject to applicable requirements. Not all candidates are asked to provide all categories.

Technical information. Our hosting and external website features may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request timestamps, and connection or security logs. Please do not submit identity documents or sensitive information through a general website enquiry form.

Sources of Information

We receive information directly from you, from correspondence and interactions with SGI, and from recruitment or professional platforms including Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn. We may also receive relevant requirements or feedback from clients and create records in the course of evaluating a candidate or responding to an enquiry. Availability of a profile on a platform does not itself establish consent for every use; SGI’s use remains subject to applicable law and platform restrictions.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries; discuss and deliver software, IT, staffing, and recruitment services; identify and contact potential candidates; evaluate qualifications and role eligibility; prepare and share appropriate candidate submissions with hiring clients; coordinate interviews; maintain business relationships; send relevant business or recruitment communications; administer and secure our website and systems; handle privacy and communication requests; and comply with applicable legal obligations or defend legal rights.

Identity, work-authorization, screening, and clearance information is used only for relevant eligibility, verification, recruitment, or legally permitted client-submission purposes. Any screening that requires separate notice or authorization will be handled through the appropriate process.

Recruitment Submissions and Candidate Choices

Where appropriate for a role, SGI may share relevant candidate information with hiring clients for assessment, interview coordination, or recruitment decisions. The information shared depends on the role and applicable requirements.

Sensitive identity or screening records should be shared only when necessary and legally permitted, using an appropriate process. Candidates may contact SGI to ask about information held about them, its source, or applicable access, correction, or deletion rights. A request does not necessarily require deletion where retention is legally required or otherwise permitted.

Email Communications and Opt-Out

SGI uses Google Workspace for business email and may send individual business-development messages and recruitment communications, including bulk messages about relevant roles. SGI does not currently use email open or click tracking.

To stop sales or recruitment outreach, reply to the message or email ops@sgi-inc.net and ask to unsubscribe. You may specify a category or request that all promotional outreach stop; no special wording is required. We will process opt-out requests as required by applicable law, including within 10 business days where the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act applies. We may retain minimal suppression information to honor your request. We may still send necessary messages about an ongoing application, requested service, or legal obligation. SGI does not currently offer an automated unsubscribe link or preference center.

Service Providers and Other Disclosures

SGI uses GoDaddy for website hosting, Google Workspace for business email, Google Drive for website form submissions, and JobDiva for recruitment records. Relevant SGI personnel, including recruiting and sales personnel in India, may access information needed for their duties. These providers may process information as described in their applicable terms and notices.

We may disclose relevant information to hiring clients for legitimate recruitment purposes, to providers supporting our operations, when required by valid legal process, or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights. Information may also be involved in a future business transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.

SGI does not sell, rent, or exchange contact lists or personal information to third parties for their independent marketing. We do not use personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. Disclosures to hiring clients and service providers for the purposes described above are distinct from such marketing practices.

Website Technology and Cookies

SGI does not currently use website analytics tools, advertising pixels, remarketing technology, visitor-session recording, or its own behavioral advertising trackers. Our website uses Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map. Loading these external features may transmit technical information to Google and may involve cookies or similar technologies governed by Google’s practices; see https://policies.google.com/privacy. Website hosting may also process technical and security information.

You may control cookies and site permissions through your browser, although doing so may affect some features. SGI does not track your activities across unrelated websites for advertising. A browser “Do Not Track” setting does not itself request removal of recruitment records or unsubscribe you from email; please use our contact methods for those requests. We will honor legally applicable privacy preference signals where required. This Policy does not itself constitute consent to non-essential tracking.

International Access and Processing

Although SGI’s recruiting activities focus on U.S. opportunities, recruiting and sales personnel in India access relevant information through JobDiva. Our hosting, email, storage, and recruitment providers may also process data in locations determined by their service arrangements. We do not represent that all records are stored solely in the United States. Where applicable law imposes requirements on international transfers, SGI will address those requirements for the relevant processing. This Policy does not itself establish an international transfer mechanism.

Retention and Deletion

SGI retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, taking account of ongoing enquiries, recruitment activity, client relationships, legal and regulatory recordkeeping requirements, potential disputes, and requests to stop outreach. At present, SGI has not adopted a uniform company-wide automatic deletion schedule for all enquiries, business-contact records, and unsuccessful candidates’ resumes. Some information may remain in email, Google Drive, or JobDiva after a particular interaction ends.

You may request deletion by contacting ops@sgi-inc.net. We will review requests under applicable law and may retain information where legally required or permitted, including minimal information needed to honor an opt-out. Deletion from SGI-controlled records does not necessarily remove copies independently held by hiring clients, job boards, or other organizations; any legally required downstream notifications or provider instructions will be addressed as applicable.

Information Security

SGI handles information through the business systems and service providers described in this Policy and seeks to limit access to personnel and providers who need it for authorized business purposes. We recognize the importance of administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information involved. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Please contact SGI before transmitting identity documents, screening reports, or other sensitive records by general email or website form. Applicable information-security and breach-notification obligations remain in effect.

Your Privacy Rights and Requests

Depending on your location, the nature of the information, and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or certain controls over sensitive information. Some laws also provide rights to use an authorized agent, appeal a denied request, or lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator. Not all rights apply to all individuals or records.

To submit a request, email ops@sgi-inc.net, call +1 571 248 7443, or write to the address below. Please describe your request and identify the email address or contact details associated with your records. We may request proportionate information to verify identity or agent authority; please do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate process. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines. If an appeal right applies, email “Privacy Request Appeal” to ops@sgi-inc.net. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

U.S. State Privacy Disclosures

Where an applicable U.S. state privacy law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, governs SGI and the processing at issue, SGI will honor the rights and obligations that apply. These may include rights to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of certain sale or advertising-sharing activities, and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, subject to eligibility and exceptions.

The categories and sources of information are described in Sections 2–3, purposes in Section 4, disclosures in Sections 5 and 7, and retention practices in Section 10. Some identity, immigration, eligibility, and screening information may be considered sensitive under applicable laws. SGI does not use this information for targeted advertising or advertising profiles. State laws differ, including in their treatment of employment, recruitment, and business-contact records; this Policy does not assert that every state privacy statute applies to SGI.

EU, EEA, and UK Individuals

SGI recruits primarily for U.S. opportunities. If EU or UK data-protection law applies to particular processing, SGI will assess and meet the requirements relevant to that activity. Depending on the circumstances, the lawful basis may involve steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in handling enquiries and professional relationships, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. Processing sensitive or criminal-record information may require additional legal conditions.

Where applicable, individuals may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, and objection, including an unconditional right to object to direct marketing. Requests under the EU or UK GDPR ordinarily receive a response within one month, subject to legally permitted extensions. Complaints may be submitted to the relevant supervisory authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk.

SGI has not appointed a dedicated privacy officer or an EU/UK representative. Where applicable law requires additional representation, notices, or international-transfer safeguards, SGI must address those requirements separately; this Policy is not a substitute.

Automated Decisions, Children, and Health Information

SGI does not currently use AI to score candidates or solely automated systems to reject applicants as part of its stated recruitment process. SGI does not intentionally collect patient health information through this website or the recruitment activities covered by this Policy. Other client service arrangements, including healthcare-related work, may be subject to separate contracts and privacy or security obligations.

Our website and recruitment services are intended for a professional audience and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If you believe we have received such information, please contact us so we can review and address it under applicable law.

Updates and Contact Information

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the revised version on our website with an updated date and provide any additional notice or seek consent when required by law. Continued website use does not waive existing legal rights.
